Are your gemstones natural?

Yes — all of our gemstones are 100% natural unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If a stone has been treated or enhanced, we’ll always clearly label it so you know exactly what you’re buying.


How do I care for my gemstones?

Clean your gemstones gently using a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and extreme temperatures.

Cleansing Your Crystals

You can cleanse your crystals in a few different ways — choose the one that feels right for you and is safe for the specific stone (some don’t like water!).

1. Smoke Cleansing (Sage, Palo Santo, or Incense)
Pass your crystals through the smoke for 30–60 seconds while focusing on clearing away old energy.

2. Moonlight
Place your crystals on a windowsill or outside under the full moon overnight. Moonlight is gentle and safe for most stones.

3. Sound Cleansing
Use a singing bowl, bell, or even clapping to create sound vibrations that clear stagnant energy.

4. Selenite or Clear Quartz
Place your crystals on a selenite plate or next to a clear quartz cluster to naturally cleanse them. These stones constantly purify energy.

 


How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • UK delivery: Usually arrives within 3–5 business days once dispatched.
    You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Royal Mail advises that some deliveries can take up to 10 working days to arrive, especially during busy periods. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can authorise it.

📦 Please note: We do not cover the cost of return postage.
The most affordable option for returning items is typically Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Can I return a gemstone if it’s not what I expected?

Yes, please contact us first if you have any issues. We’ll do our best to make things right.
If a return is required, the return postage cost is the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns / Failed Deliveries

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a Royal Mail depot:

  • We can resend it, but the customer must pay the new postage cost (we’ll provide proof of postage).
  • Or, if you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the item cost minus the original delivery charge.

Do your gemstones have healing properties?

Many people believe gemstones hold metaphysical and healing properties, based on traditional and cultural practices. However, these claims are not scientifically proven.

How do I choose the right gemstone?

Choose what feels right for you, whether that’s the colour, meaning, or simply its beauty.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you based on your interests or intentions.


Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not ship outside the UK, but this may change in the future, please check back soon or join our mailing list for updates.


Where is my delivery?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet:

  • Check your tracking information (sent via email).
  • Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as delays can occur within Royal Mail’s network.
